Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Sclfy: the sclfy.ai website and the Sclfy app. By creating an account or using Sclfy, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
Sclfy is in early access. Sign-up isn’t open to the public yet.
Who can use Sclfy
You must be at least 18 and using Sclfy for a business in the United States or Canada. If you use Sclfy for a company, you confirm that you can agree to these terms for it.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us at support@sclfy.ai if you think someone else has used it.
What Sclfy does
Sclfy gives your business an AI team, starting with the Business Manager. It reads the tools you connect, keeps your Company Brain, and prepares plans, briefs and drafts for you. Teammates shown as joining later aren’t working yet.
Sclfy prepares and you decide. It doesn’t send email, publish, change your tools or spend money for you without your approval.
AI output
Sclfy uses AI models from the companies named in our privacy notice. AI can be wrong or incomplete, even when it shows its sources, so check anything important before you rely on it. Sclfy isn’t a lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing it produces is professional advice.
Each business has monthly AI limits. When one is reached, the features it covers stop until the limit resets.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you add to Sclfy or connect it to. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Sclfy for you, as the privacy notice describes. You confirm that you have the right to add and connect it, including any personal information about your customers or contacts in it.
When you connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Stripe or SendGrid, you let Sclfy read from it through Composio. Those tools’ own terms still apply to your accounts with them, and you can disconnect any tool at any time.
Using Sclfy fairly
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights, or use Sclfy to deceive people or send spam;
- try to reach another business’s data, or get around Sclfy’s limits, spending caps or security;
- overload, probe or reverse-engineer Sclfy, except where the law allows it; or
- resell Sclfy or give others access to it without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that does any of these things.
Plans and payment
- Some features may need a paid plan. Before you subscribe, Sclfy shows the price, what’s included and the monthly AI limit.
- Plans are billed per business, in advance, through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. If a plan starts with a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where the law requires, payments aren’t refundable.
- Prices don’t include taxes, which are added where they apply.
- We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Early access and changes
Sclfy is new and still changing. Features may change or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We’ll tell you before removing a feature you pay for.
Closing an account
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@sclfy.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or isn’t paid for, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. When an account closes, we delete its data as the privacy notice describes.
What belongs to Sclfy
Sclfy’s software, design and name belong to us. These terms let you use Sclfy while your account is open, and nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
No warranties
Sclfy is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose, or that AI output will be accurate.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, Sclfy isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Sclfy is limited to the greater of what you paid Sclfy in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
If someone makes a claim against Sclfy because of data you added or connected, or because you broke these terms, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Changes to these terms
We post changes here with a new date. For a change that matters, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Sclfy after that, the new terms apply.
